Adjudication
Members of Chambers are very experienced in acting for clients in adjudication and in proceedings related to adjudication. Members are frequently instructed to provide specialist advice on jurisdictional challenges and other procedural issues – including those related to the enforcement of decisions – as well as on substantive issues of law. Members have particular experience in issues related to payment provisions and the serving of payless notices.
