Jennifer Jones KC and Omar Eljadi will be speaking at The Society of Construction Law’s “The Great Debate” on 7th May in Birmingham.
Chaired by HHJ Watson, Jennifer and Omar will be joined by Sarah Hannaford KC and Brenna Conroy to debate the following question:
“Hypothetically, the Government has decided to amend the HGCRA, but only has time to make one amendment. What one thing would you change about the Act and why?”
