Pupillage applications for Atkin Chambers open on 29 September 2018

21st Sep 2018

Applications for two 12-month pupillages commencing in September 2020 open on Saturday 29 September 2018 and close at midnight on Wednesday 12 December 2018.

Chambers will host a “Meet the Barristers” evening on 6 November 2018 at which potential applicants can learn more about life at Atkin Chambers.

“Atkin Chambers is committed to excellence in the recruitment and training of its pupils,” commented Fiona Parkin QC, head of the pupillage committee.   “We offer our pupils stimulating and challenging opportunities to develop the skills required for a successful future commercial practice.  We do this in what is recognised as one of the friendliest and most welcoming working environments at the Bar.”

“After pupillage, junior tenants can look forward to a thriving domestic and international practice with the opportunity to work on their own or to work as part of a bigger legal team responsible for handling globally significant infrastructure disputes.

“We look to recruit the best candidates and pay the market leading pupillage award of £72,500 pa in order to do so.”

Applications are invited from students in the final year of their law degree or undertaking the GDL.
