Professor Janet Walker CM to speak at the 2nd ITA Conference on International Arbitration in the Mining Sector

Professor Janet Walker CM will be speaking at the 2nd Institute for Transnational Arbitration Conference on International Arbitration in the Mining Sector, taking place on the 6th and 7th March in Toronto.

The conference is designed for mining company executives, in-house counsel, arbitrators and arbitration practitioners interested in the key issues that arise in mining sector arbitrations.

Janet will speak alongside John Judge, on the 7th March, on ‘The Top 5 Developments in International Mining Arbitration’.
