Atkin Chambers is delighted to support Bridging the Bar as a Silver Partner for 2022. It will also be supporting Bridging the Bar‘s mini-pupillage programme.
Bridging the Bar aims to increase the equality of access to opportunities in the legal profession across all underrepresented groups. it helps students who, owing to their disability, ethnic background, socio-economic background, education or sexuality, belong to groups which are currently statistically underrepresented in the profession.
Dominique Rawley QC, Atkin Chambers’ equality & diversity officer, commented that: “Chambers is pleased to support Bridging the Bar as part of its ongoing efforts to provide assistance to students from non-traditional backgrounds seeking access to the Bar and to improve Chambers’ own recruitment in terms of social mobility and equality and diversity.
