Atkin Chambers sponsors FIDIC Contract Users’ Conference

David Streatfeild-James QC and Rupert Choat both spoke at the 2015 FIDIC International Contract Users’ event in London (1 – 3 December 2015).

David Streatfeild-James QC spoke on Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution – the session considered the opportunities for avoidance and early resolution of disputes under the FIDIC contract provisions.

Rupert Choat led the Advanced Dispute Resolution Techniques Conference on the third day.  The workshop was an opportunity for discussion and involved working through a “mock dispute” that progresses through FIDIC’s dispute escalation provisions.
