Andrew Fenn will be speaking at a panel discussion, hosted by Secretariat and taking place as part of Paris Arbitration Week, exploring how the convergence of different generations can affect the conduct and outcome of arbitrations.
The event will bring together leading arbitrators, lawyers, and experts with a wide range of experience, for a frank but good-natured discussion of the important insights they have gained over the course of working alongside, against, and before others from different generations.
The session will be moderated by Peter Rosher of Reed Smith. Andrew will be joined on the panel by Bernard Hanotiau of Hanotiau & Van Den Berg, Terry Hawkins of Secretariat, Astrid Westphalen of GIDE and Howard Rosen of Secretariat.
Attendees will gather at 14.30 and the interactive session will begin at 15.00, followed by a reception.
