This year’s theme is “Defects, Quality and Workmanship – Presenting the Evidence” and Andrew Goddard QC will chair a panel discussion on Factual Witnesses & Evidence.

The panel will review and discuss issues including a QC’s perspective on factual evidence and factual witnesses, witness’ perspectives, presentation of factual evidence in ADR (mediation / expert determination / adjudication), preservation of factual evidence for defects experts, and taking factual witness statements.
