22-23 June 2023: Professors Doug Jones AO and Janet Walker CM at the ABA International Arbitration Skills Masterclass

Professor Doug Jones AO and Professor Janet Walker CM will join an impressive roster of arbitration practitioners delivering a two day International Arbitration Skills Masterclass for the American Bar Association on 22 and 23 June 2023.

Professor Janet Walker CM will moderate the opening remarks from a panel of Professor Joongi Kim (Yonsei Law School, Seoul), Francisco Aninat (Bofill Escobar Silva, Santiago (Chile)), Julian Lew KC (20 Essex, London), Michael Sullivan KC (One Essex Court, London) and Jennifer Ivers (White & Case, DC).

Professor Doug Jones AO will discuss the “Examination of Expert Witnesses” with Brian King (3VB, New York), Swee Yen Koh (Senior Counsel at Wong Partners, Singapore), Lord Neuberger (One Essex Court, London), Angeline Welsh KC (Essex Court, London) and Kara Sharp (Kaufman Rossin, Miami). The panel will be moderated by Elliot Friedman (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, New York).
