Professor Doug Jones AO will give the keynote address – “Let’s Get Together: Quo Vadis International Construction Arbitration” – at GAR Live Construction Disputes on 9 July 2020.
Doug will deliver a keynote lecture addressing the challenge of ensuring economical and fair resolution of construction disputes in arbitration. In his speech, Doug proposes a number of procedural innovations that aim to achieve this goal, including proactive case management, document production, experts and summary procedures.
The conference is part of Paris Arbitration Week 2020 which will now take place virtually between 6 and 10 July 2020.
