Professor Doug Jones AO will join a distinguished panel to discuss the “Modern Boundaries of Investment Treaty Arbitration” on Saturday 18 2023 for this year’s Delhi Arbitration Weekend.

The panel will be chaired by the Honourable Mr. Justice P.S. Narasimha and Doug will be joined by the Honourable Mr. Justice Devan Ramachandran (Judge, High Court of Kerala) and Gourab Banerji, senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India and overseas associate at Essex Court Chambers, London.

The Delhi International Arbitration Centre was stablished in 2009 and is hosting its first ever edition of Delhi Arbitration Weekend in 2023.  The event aims to build a network of experts, practitioners and academia, by engaging them in dialogues and panel discussions, led by eminent legal luminaries, judges and experts in the field of arbitration, from across the globe. The event focuses on recent trends and developments in both domestic and international arbitration.
