10 October 2019: Rupert Choat to speak at inaugural German Arbitration Institute (DIS) Construction Group meeting

Rupert Choat will be speaking on “Expert Evidence in the Common Law” at the inaugural German Arbitration Institute (DIS) Construction Group meeting in Frankfurt on Thursday 10 October.

The German Arbitration Institute (DIS) is a registered association for the promotion of national and international arbitration. It provides administrated arbitral proceedings pursuant to the DIS Arbitration Rules and other procedures of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Additionally, the DIS regularly organises conferences and seminars for the further training of legal practitioners and other interested persons. It also publishes various publications on German and international arbitration law.
