“Arbitration in Australia – Rising to the Challenge”: Professor Doug Jones AO gives Annual Clayton Utz International Arbitration Lecture

On 20 November 2019, Professor Doug Jones AO delivered the 18th Annual Clayton Utz International Arbitration Lecture in Brisbane.

In this address, Professor Jones discussed the development of international arbitration in Australia, considered the challenges that remain and proposed suggestions to enhance Australia’s attractiveness as a dispute resolution hub.
