These disputes frequently concern the design or construction of extraction, refining or transportation facilities but members are also instructed in the full range of infrastructure disputes and broader commercial disputes.
Members have also been involved in public inquiry work, most notably the Commission set up by the Government of Trinidad & Tobago in 2009 in relation to public sector construction projects, procurement practices and methods of operation which included serious allegations of misconduct by officials.
