Many members and door tenants accept arbitral appointments convened by reference to the rules of all of the major international arbitral bodies.
Where members or door tenants sit as part of an arbitral panel, they are used to working effectively in what is frequently an international team. As a result, they have a familiarity with all of the well-known arbitral procedures and with the procedural and substantive complexities of many of the world’s legal systems.
Many members and door tenants are on international arbitrator panels, databases and lists, such as those of the AIAC, AIFC, DIAC, HKIAC, LCIA, QICCA, SCCA and SIAC.
Within Chambers there are members with a working knowledge of French, German, Urdu, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Italian and Polish. Members are also regularly invited to speak at international law conferences and global industry events.
