Members have extensive experience in all forms of ADR, including arbitration, adjudication, dispute resolution boards, expert determination, early neutral evaluations and mediation.
They primarily act as counsel in litigation, arbitration and adjudication, but certain members also accept appointments in all forms of ADR.
