The disputes in which they are involved span the full spectrum of Chambers’ specialisms and their experience extends to airports, rail, defence, ports, telecoms, shipping, roads, waste/water, aviation, as well as nuclear, oil and gas and clean energy sources.
The cases are varied and often high-profile and have included landmark disputes relating to The Shard, Wembley Stadium, the Olympic Village, the Channel Tunnel, The British Library, The Rolls Building, Heathrow T5, the M25 and London Underground, House of Commons, London Olympic Village, Wembley Stadium, Hinkley Point Nuclear Facility, as well as major oil and gas, and on and offshore renewable energy projects.
Members and door tenants have also served as chairs of, and counsel to, a number of public inquiries, most recently The Grenfell Tower Public Inquiry in which a number of members represented the largest group of bereaved and survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire, as well as other parties.
