Professor Doug Jones AO and Professor Janet Walker will both be presenting at the SCL International Conference 2021.
They will be speaking on ‘The interplay between International Commercial Courts and International Arbitration in the resolution of Infrastructure Disputes’. This session – on day two – will run from 12:50pm to 1:20pm (New Zealand Standard Time).
The 9th International SCL Conference will run from 3 to 5 November 2021 in Auckland, New Zealand. It will explore construction law as it relates to contracts, negligence, product liability and dispute resolution through keynote and specialist presentations along with two streams of plenary sessions over two days.
This year the theme for the conference is “Building for change”.
