Nicholas Collings presents at FIDIC Middle East Contract Users’ Conference

Atkin Chambers was delighted to sponsor the FIDIC Contract Users’ Conference in Abu Dhabi where Nicholas Collings presented on ‘Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution’.

The session considered the nature of disputes and how they can be managed and resolved under the provisions of the FIDIC Contracts. The aim was to equip the representatives and advisers of the parties and the engineer to make good choices in moving towards a cost effective resolution.
