In the latest Partial Award in proceedings commenced by Qatar Foundation (QF) in July 2014, QF has been awarded approximately $275M (QAR 1Bn). This marks a further significant development in one of the regions longest running construction disputes.
This latest Award follows multiple partial Awards as well as challenges to some of those Awards in the High Court (on which see here and here).
