International work frequently involves complex cross-border disputes, with parties from several jurisdictions. Members practise in many of the world’s leading arbitration centres and are highly experienced in handling disputes conducted under the auspices of the major arbitral institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, DIAC, HKIAC, SIAC, ICSID, LMAA, SCCA, QICCA, arbitrateAD and numerous others.
