Zulfikar Khayum will be co-chairing a BarMENA event on ‘Saudi Administrative Law – its practical implications in commercial and construction matters’ on Thursday 2nd October.
Kamal Kashoggi, Director of Ontier’s Middle East Desk, will team up with leading Saudi lawyers, Ahmad Kamel and Abdulrahman Alsuwaylimi of NSAC in Jeddah for this hybrid event.
They will consider the issues of Saudi Administrative Law that commonly arise in both commercial and construction agreements written under Saudi law with Saudi government entities.
The discussion will be based on case studies including the arbitration of an Extension of Time dispute that will be familiar to many practitioners. The event will be co-chaired by Zulfikar and Oliver Cain, Ontier’s Head of Litigation.
To register for the event, either in-person or virtual, please email Sarah Fletcher at sfletcher@serlecourt.co.uk.
