Triuva Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft v Galliford Try Construction Ltd [2017] EWHC 275 (TCC)

Application by the claimant (“Triuva”) for an interim payment pursuant to Part 25 of the Civil Procedure Rules in respect of its claim for damages against the defendant Galliford Try Construction Limited (“GTC”).

The dispute between the parties arose out of the development of a ten-storey office building with glass and aluminium curtain wall facades at 134-138 Edmund Street, Birmingham and concerns claims for damages in respect of alleged defects in the glazing, curtain walling and cladding works caused by breaches of the warranty.
