‘What does ‘time at large’ mean?’ – Article by Omar Eljadi for Construction Law

In the latest edition of LexisNexis publication ‘Construction Law’, Omar Eljadi considers the prevention principle and its operation where a condition precedent to an extension of time has not been satisfied. He suggests that a deeper examination of this issue, and the idea of “time at large”, may be required.

The article was first published in the April 2016 issue of Construction Law.
