The Hon James Allsop AC to speak at ICMA in Dubai

The Hon James Allsop AC is to speak at the International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators which is taking place in Dubai between 5th and 10th November.

James will be speaking and giving a paper entitled “The Timeless Quest for Certainty and its Relevance to Maritime Law and Arbitration Law: where practical reality meets theory”.
