The Hon James Allsop AC and Her Honour Frances Kirkham CBE attend the 5th Full Meeting of The Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts

The Hon James Allsop AC and Her Honour Frances Kirkham CBE attended the 5^th Full Meeting of The Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC), held in Doha on the 20^th and 21^st April.

The Hon James Allsop AC delivered the keynote speech at the Meeting, titled ‘The Spirit of the Judicial Task and the Importance of International Judicial Dialogue’.

Her Honour Frances Kirkham, who sits in the Qatar International Court, jointly chaired a judicial roundtable on the subject of ‘AI in the world; AI in the handling and resolution of disputes.’

The SIFoCC is the only forum of its kind, bringing together commercial courts from across the world, aiming to strengthen the relationships between business and the law.
