Martin Bowdery QC and Simon Lofthouse QC spoke at the Society of Construction Law Constructing Africa International Conference
The event was held in Cape Town on 10 and 11 September 2015.
They gave a presentation on ‘The employment and use of experts in construction litigation’ and were panel members on a session entitled ‘New procedures in international arbitrations to manage time and costs’.
