Sir Robert Akenhead will deliver the keynote speech at The 10th International Society of Construction Law Conference, being held in Istanbul from the 18th – 20th October.
Professor Doug Jones AO will also be in attendance at the conference and taking part in a panel session, on 20th October, on ‘Legal and Contractual Framework for Acceleration / Acceleration Claims.’ Joining Doug on the panel are Kim Rosenberg of Freshfields and Robert D’Onofrio of Capital Project Management Inc. The session will be moderated by Hamish Lal of Akin Gump.
