Sir Robert Akenhead will deliver the keynote speech at The 10th International Society of Construction Law Conference, being held in Istanbul from the 18th – 20th October.
Professor Doug Jones AO will also be in attendance at the conference and taking part in a panel session, on 20th October, on ‘Legal and Contractual Framework for Acceleration / Acceleration Claims.’ Joining Doug on the panel are Kim Rosenberg of Freshfields and Robert D’Onofrio of Capital Project Management Inc.
