Instructed by Curtis Davis Garrard LLP and working alongside a team at Arcadis, Simon Lofthouse QC and Robert Clay successfully defended multiple disruption and prolongation claims of some £10million in the matter of Van Oord UK Ltd and SCIM Roadbridge Ltd v Allseas UK Ltd [2015] EWHC 3074 (TCC). The Claims arose out of the onshore laying of a gas export pipeline located in the Shetland Islands in Scotland.
