Simon Crawshaw will join a panel of speakers on 29th August for a new webinar series, ‘Beyond the Blueprint’ hosted by MASIN.
Simon will join Slava Kiryushin of HFW, Alex Nikolic of A-squared Studio Engineers and Shweta Srivastava of MASIN to discuss ‘Understanding & Resolving Geo-technical Disputes in Construction Projects’.
The panel will explore the critical role of geo-technical investigations in effective project planning, the impact of sub-surface conditions on risk and delivery, the growing number of disputes arising from geo-technical failures, how risk is allocated under standard construction contracts, and comparative perspectives from the UAE and UK on unforeseen ground conditions.
