Ryan Turner to speak at TECBAR Panel Event

Ryan Turner will be joining a TECBAR panel event, taking place this Thursday 4th September, chaired by His Honour Judge Stephen Davies, senior judge of the Manchester TCC.

Ryan will join panellists His Honour Judge Bever, Sarah Wilson of Addleshaw Goddard, Barry Goodall of Brabners, Andrew Singer KC and Jonathan Ward of King’s Chambers, and James Davison of 3PB, to discuss recent developments, including:

– The Supreme Court’s recent decision in URS v BDW, including its impact on questions of limitation, negligence, contribution claims, and the Defective Premises Act 1972
– The first decisions on Building Liability Orders and Information Orders under the BSA
– The Court of Appeal’s recent decisions on Remediation Contribution Orders
– Recent trends in adjudication
