Rupert Choat KC to speak at SCL India’s 5th Biennial International Conference on Construction Law & Arbitration 2025

Rupert Choat KC will be speaking at The Society of Construction Law India’s 5th Biennial International Conference on Construction Law & Arbitration, taking place in New Delhi from 5th to 7th December.

The theme of the 2025 conference is ‘The Future of Construction Disputes: Navigating Change in India and Beyond.’

Rupert’s panel session on 7th December is titled ‘Sub-contracting and Back-to-Back Contracts: Indian and Global Perspectives’. He will be joined by fellow panelists Thayananthan Baskaran of Baskaran, John Coghlan of C&E Legal Solutions, Sonal Singh of AKS Partners and Cheryl Cairns of Trowers & Hamlins. The session will be moderated by Dinesh Pardasani of DSK Legal.
