Rupert Choat KC to speak at ICC Croatia Conference on Arbitration and ADR

Rupert Choat KC will be speaking at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Croatia and the Croatian Chamber of Commerce’s two day regional conference on ‘Arbitration and ADR – Construction Projects Disputes’ which will be held on 2nd and 3rd October in Dubrovnik.

Rupert will be taking part in a panel session on the second day of the conference on ‘Multi-tiered Dispute Clauses: Dispute Avoidance and Resolution’. He will be joined by Luka Kristovic-Blazevic, Head of ME Arbitration at Baker McKenzie Dubai; James Perry, Partner, PS Consulting and Christopher R. Seppälä, Partner of Counsel, White & Case. The panel will be moderated by Aisha Nadar, Senior Advisor, Advokatfirman Runeland AB. The panel will also be joined by Evgeny Smirnov, Assistant Director, Advisor in the Purchasing Policy and Advisory Department, EBRD, UK.
