Rupert Choat KC will be speaking at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Croatia and the Croatian Chamber of Commerce’s two day regional conference on ‘Arbitration and ADR – Construction Projects Disputes’ which will be held on 2nd and 3rd October in Dubrovnik.
Rupert will be taking part in a panel session on the second day of the conference on ‘Multi-tiered Dispute Clauses: Dispute Avoidance and Resolution’. He will be joined by Luka Kristovic-Blazevic, Head of ME Arbitration at Baker McKenzie Dubai; James Perry, Partner, PS Consulting and Christopher R. Seppälä, Partner of Counsel, White & Case.
