On October 15th 2026, Rupert Choat KC will be speaking during an evening event, hosted by the Instituto Brasileiro de Administração Contratual (IBRACONT). The evening is dedicated to international perspectives on Contract Administration, Construction and Dispute Resolution, bringing together professionals with extensive experience in Brazil and abroad.
The 2nd IBRACONT International Meeting will feature three panels addressing key challenges in complex projects, followed by a networking dinner.
Rupert will join the first panel session of the evening, on ‘Contract Administration as the First Line of Dispute Prevention’, with fellow panellists Clémenceau Chiabi of Clémenceau Chiabi & Engenheiros Associados and Rebecca Shorter of Crown Office Chambers. The session will be moderated by Maria Roseli Candido Costa of Candido Costa & Cancio Advogados Associados.
