Riaz Hussain QC appointed to the ICC Nomination Commission for the UK

Atkin Chambers is pleased to announce that Riaz Hussain QC has been appointed to the ICC Nomination Commission for the United Kingdom.

Pursuant to the ICC Rules, when the ICC Court is asked to nominate an arbitrator, the Nomination Commission may be required to assist the Court by proposing the best-suited candidate for appointment.

Riaz is delighted to assist the ICC in its important work of finding the most suitable arbitrators for appointment and particularly to continue to widen the existing pool of suitable arbitrators.
