Riaz’s practice covers all aspects of construction, engineering and general commercial disputes. He frequently appears as an advocate in the High Court and as counsel in international arbitration. Relative to his year of call he has considerable experience as sole counsel in high value and complex disputes often involving foreign law. He has been involved in all stages of disputes from pleadings, through advising on evidence and conduct of trials and high value arbitrations as well as appearing in the Court of Appeal.
