Professor Janet Walker CM to speak at The Nineteenth Annual Investment Treaty Arbitration Conference

Professor Janet Walker CM will be speaking at this Juris Conference, taking place in Toronto on 31st October. The conference will bring together leading figures and emerging practitioners in international arbitration. Eight rising stars will present papers on four key investment arbitration issues, followed by expert panels debating their arguments and exploring broader themes.

Janet will join a panel session to debate “True or False: International investment law and arbitration are ill-equipped to address climate change related disputes?”
