Professor Janet Walker CM will deliver the keynote address at GAR Live’s: Construction Disputes during Paris Arbitration Week.

The 8th edition of the conference will bring together the leading practitioners in construction dispute resolution.

Professor Doug Jones AO will also be speaking in a panel session entitled ‘(Double) Jeopardy’. The session will be moderated by Peter Rosher of Reed Smith and Doug’s panellists include Professor Renato Nazzini of KCL, Philip Norman of CMS and Lindy Patterson KC of 39 Essex Chambers.
