Professor Doug Jones AO will deliver the 2025 CIArb Australia Annual Lecture on Tuesday 14th October, during Australian Arbitration Week.
Doug’s talk, ‘Diversity of Expertise in Arbitration: The Past, Present and Future’, will provide an historic perspective, critically analyse the current landscape and propose strategies to enhance the diversity of expertise in arbitral appointments.
The event is being held in celebration of the Chartered Institute of Australia’s 30th anniversary.
