Peter Fraser QC is speaking at the SCLHK conference in Hong Kong on 7th November 2014.
Peter specialises in domestic and international litigation and arbitration in the construction, civil engineering, railway and transport, professional negligence and energy and utilities sectors. Throughout his career, he has handled many high profile cases representing governments, private employers, manufacturers, a huge number of contractors and joint ventures, together with their professional advisers all over the world. He is regularly instructed to advise upon and appear in various jurisdictions including the Bahamas, Bermuda, Hong Kong, mainland China, the Middle East including Oman, Dubai and Qatar, California, and various countries in Africa and Sweden. He was called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in 2007 whilst still junior counsel and has appeared there in the Supreme Court.
He is nominated this year as Construction Silk of the Year at the Chambers and Partners Bar Awards.
