21 – 22 March 2018: Patrick Clarke to speak at Annual SCF Conferences

Patrick Clarke will be a panelist at The Southern Construction Framework (SCF) 2018 Annual Conference on the 21 and 22 March 2018 in Winchester and London.

The SCF is a collaboration between LCP and the SE7 to join up existing SW, SE and London expert frameworks to assist Government bodies with their procurement needs.
