Their talk, ‘4 Unanswered Questions in Construction Law (And Some Possible Answers)’ will tackle some of the most pressing unanswered question in construction law, including (i) what is a dwelling under the DPA?, (ii) assignment and adjudication, (iii) apportionment and concurrent delay, and more. The talk will discuss these legal questions and some of the potential answers the Court’s may reach.
