Nicholas Baatz QC to present at the Society for Construction Law in Birmingham on 25th February 2010

Nicholas Baatz QC is presenting to members of the Society of Construction Law in Birmingham an analysis of the cases governing the interpretation of construction contracts following ICS v West Bromwich including the important decision of the House of Lords in Chartbrook v Persimmon (2009).

The presentation will take place at the offices of Gateley Waring, One Eleven Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ on Thursday 25 February 2010 at 5.45 for 6.00pm.
