Mr Justice Fraser Appointed as Chair of the Law Commission of England and Wales

Atkin Chambers is absolutely delighted to hear the news of Mr Justice Fraser’s appointment as the new Chair of the Law Commission of England and Wales.

Sir Peter practised from Atkin Chambers between 1990 and 2015, when he was appointed to the King’s Bench Division. He currently sits as both a judge of the Technology and Construction Court and the Commercial Court and will be promoted to the Court of Appeal.

We wish him every success in his new role, which he will take up on 1^st December 2023.
