Mathias Cheung to speak in Irwin Mitchell Dispute Resolution Series Webinar

Mathias Cheung will join a panel of expert speakers for this upcoming webinar ‘Boardroom Challenges for Construction and Engineering Organisations, part of Irwin Mitchell’s Dispute Resolution Series.

Mathias will be joined by fellow panellists Vijay Bange, Head of Construction and Engineering at Irwin Mitchell, Timothy Willis, Senior Associate at Irwin Mitchell and Helen Collie, Partner at HKA.

Drawing on recent reports and analysis, the panel will consider key jurisdictions and the risks faced in the current UK and key international markets. The panel will discuss how leaders can respond to these challenges to manage the risk of disputes and to prepare and resource for effective dispute resolution where they cannot be resolved.

The panel will consider the options, including specialist courts, arbitrators, dispute boards, and adjudication where appropriate.
