Mathias Cheung to speak at the SCL Astra International Conference in Milan

Mathias Cheung will be speaking at this year’s Society of Construction Law’s Astra International Conference, which is taking place on 7th and 8th November in Milan.

Mathias will be speaking on Friday 8th November in a session entitled “How do Common vs Civil Law Jurisdictions Deal with Good Faith, Force Majeure and LADs?“

The session, hosted at DLA Piper’s offices, will be moderated by Lucy Pearson of King & Spalding and Mathias’s fellow panellists include Monique Sasson of Arbitra International, Anne-Sophie Goapper of Alienor Avocats and Niels Aujouannet-Kelner of White & Case.
