Mathias Cheung to present to SCL Kent on ‘Termination: A refresher’

Mathias Cheung will present to the Society of Construction Law (Kent Region) on the subject of Termination on Tuesday 18th November.

Mathias will provide a review of the termination process both in contract and at common law, the dos and don’ts of common issues regarding termination notices, what leads to repudiation and what amounts to acceptance of repudiation or affirmation of the contract. 

Mathias will be joined by Tim Tapper from Turner and Townsend who will explain the recoverable losses due to termination.
