Lucie Briggs to speak at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Cyprus Branch Conference

Lucie Briggs will be speaking at the CIArb Cyprus Branch 2 Day Conference, which this year is themed ‘Advancing Excellence: Global Perspectives on Construction Dispute Resolution.’

Taking place on the 21st and 22nd May, participants from the construction industry, legal practitioners, arbitrators and mediators will gather to discuss various aspects of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. The conference will also examine novel areas of dispute resolution, such as Digital Transformation and Generative AI, and how they apply to construction dispute resolution.

Lucie will speak on the first day of the conference on ‘Strategic Use of Early or Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Construction’, alongside Shy Jackson of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
