James Howells KC will join a panel session on Thursday 1st October to discuss ‘Managing megaproject disputes under English law’ at Berlin Dispute Resolution Days.
The event, co-hosted with Freeths, will bring together a panel of industry specialists to explore the practical and commercial strategies that help major projects achieve their objectives while managing the disputes that can derail them.
The discussion will examine procurement models, risk allocation, governance, stakeholder management and dispute prevention, identifying the key lessons learned from working on large energy, infrastructure and construction projects.
