James Howells KC will be speaking at The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre’s (NPAC) 16th Annual Arbitration Conference, titled ‘Navigating Arbitration in the Era of Digitisation and Reform’, taking place on the 5th and 6th September in New Delhi.
James will be joining a panel session on 6th September to discuss ‘The English Arbitration Act 2025: Lessons for India’, alongside James Collins of Candey, Phillip D’Costa of Penningtons Manches Cooper and Shruti Raina of Law Offices of Panag & Babu.
